With nearly 70 percent of Valle Nevado’s terrain designated as intermediate to advanced, the resort is namely an intermediate skier’s resort. The terrain is largely comprised of wide-open, groomed runs ideal for laid-back cruising. Beginners also have gentle slopes to aid them in comfortable progression and optimal enjoyment. At Valle Nevado, experts will find a couple of steeper bowls and chutes, but the real draw is the backcountry access and heli-skiing available in this region.
